Processing time
Every piece is checked and packed by hand in Vienna. Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Austria
- Standard shipping: € 5.99, delivery in approx. 2 to 4 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders from € 150
- Express shipping: € 9.99, delivery in approx. 1 to 2 business days
International
- International shipping: € 17.00, delivery in approx. 4 to 10 business days within the EU and 7 to 15 business days outside the EU
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped to countries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start after payment has been received. During holidays or peak periods, delivery may take a little longer.
